FLOW Barefoot Lifestyle Shoes

Love the shoes!!! The fitting is amazing, really comfortable for a flat, wide feet 2E like me! I highly recommend the shoes to everyone who is interested in barefoot shoes for training and daily life

Love it in Onyx. Great for strength training with the added stability but unfortunately, it bites at the Achilles tendon. Of course, this can be solved with longer socks but I would want to have the option of using ankle socks.

I decided to try out four different Lono styles in the past few months because I like the philosophy of the company and the look of the shoes. It is strange that the style I have the most gripes with, the Verve, does not currently allow customer reviews. Perhaps this is an indicator that others have some negative feelings as well. Those shoes unfortunately developed a rip in the seam between the upper and outsole on the FIRST wear. The Flow and other styles have not done so yet, but I am always skeptical of glued shoes. I recommend sticking to the Wild for a stitched experience and the Flow S for a better feel than these regular Flows (can't speak to the new Flow 2). Unfortunately, I find that ALL Lono styles do not have quite as much room in the forefoot/toebox area as most other "barefoot" brands/styles, even when sizing up. I sized up enough for there to be a centimeter or so in front of my big toe, but my pinky toe is still squished on the side and my midfoot is squished on the top. I do not have particularly wide feet, except for the fact that I have been wearing nothing but minimalist shoes for 20 years, so my toes have naturally splayed out. I WANT to love Lono, but please offer wider toe boxes and more styles that are stitched rather than glued.

Overall narrowness aside, their sizing recommendations are spot on in terms of length. I agree with the fact that the Wilds run a tad bigger than the Flows - I had to order one size larger in the latter.

My new favorite gym shoes! They fit so comfortably and leave the perfect amount of space for my toes to move naturally. Can feel more core muscles activated when working out i. these versus padded traditional active shoes. Love the color too!

Simply adore the Flow 2 compared to FLOW (I had 2 pairs previously). The sole support is definitely better, feels solid without compromising the sole flexibility. I love the snug feeling at the ankle compared to FLOW, make it’ looks seamless. Definitely a win for me and am considering what colour for my next pair!

a lace eyelet ripped out on third wear :(

I was quite excited for these shoes as I got them as a gift, but the second time I went to lace them up the side support soft gromit ripped, I didnt even apply that much pressure. Over all im just pretty disappointed that they ripped with such little force. Makes me concerned what else isn't strong enough.

I got a pair of WILD and did my first to treks with them in Nepal. First trek to Phoksundo 3700m and second to Tilicho 5020m. The WILD surpassed my expectations. They have excellent grip on rock and sand. They also handled the gaiters (I had to wear the bottom strap dioganlly to fit the sole profile, but that worked nicely) and the stabliser meant that they worked with crampons too. I crossed a massive snow field and wore crampons for two hours and that was no problem at all. During the second trek the temperatures reached -15 and that was fine too.

I bought mine a size too big to fit large winter socks or leech socks. I was also worried about descending for days on end and hurting my toes, but the lacing system and the softness means that there is no need to go a size up. Half a size would be max that is needed.

If I have one huge wish, it is that there is a goretex version of WILD. I do a lot of trekking in SEA and the existing models are NOT suitable for the super wet conditions you encounter in the tropical jungle. For that it would need a WILD model with enforced nylon outer and goretex inner lining. I wore my leather WILD in Singapore after rain and just walking through tall wet grass meant that my shoes and socks were absolutely soaked after 15min. So please create a goretex model of WILD for tropical treks and I will only ever wear Lono WILD

Great style & quality

I have a 10in foot 254 mm . I got the men’s 41 lono wild. The fit is spot on. Don’t know about the durability yet but the are nice

I love how these shoes let my feet move and flex naturally; it really helps ease any tension. Plus, they’re so wide and comfy, I can wear them all day!

Good shoes in general, they fit fairly well though in my opinion, they could be narrower at the heel and have a larger toe box. I found the grip to be okay for most things, but it leaves to be desired when going outdoors.

It is light in weight and allow me to walk comfortable with stability

Very comfortable even for long hours of coaching. I also used this for one of my workouts. Running, burpees, lunges, wall balls are not a problem. Been giving high praises for this shoe when people ask about them.

Very good for a beginner barefoot starters. Got size 36 and feels teeny tiny bit small, but 37 would be too big.

Me and my wife love the feeling and colour. Very well designed and comfortable. I like the feeling of the thin sole but also firm for activities

My Lono Flow shoes have just hit 1000 miles. I do not want to wear anything else. These have been my most comfortable barefoot shoes and I have had 8 pairs of Vivos.
Although the uppers are still perfect the soles have just started to wear through. I will keep wearing them until the soles are to far gone.
I have already bought another 2 pairs to keep in reserve :-)

Loved my first Blush pair SO much (new to barefoot shoes) and am wearing them ALL the time. They’re even more comfortable at home than my slippers but we try not to wear shoes in the house so it’s a disappointment when I have to take them off! I didn’t want to wear down my first pair (not sure how long they’ll last) and the Blush color doesn’t always match outfits, so bought white for summer. These are WHITE! Whitest thing I own! A few dirt spots early on but they seem easy to clean. They feel like nothing on my feet! If I am going to wear them a full day, I sometimes wear sheec “secret ultra low cut” socks with no impact to how they feel. I’ve sent the Lonowear link to 3 friends already and given the name to 2 people who complimented the blush pair in public. I am usually a size 6 (prefer Euro 36) as I don’t like “extra room” in shoes but did order size 37 to assure the barefoot space. Happy with this size. Most comfortable pair of shoes I own- It’s actually a challenge now to wear “regular” shoes! Will get the hikers next!

因為本身平衡力較差，以往穿著厚底波鞋下樓時常常會站不穩而跌倒，但穿著赤足鞋感覺到得穩陣。

色違いのFLOWを2足同時購入しました。これまで他ブランドのベアフットを履いていたのですが、価格的にもLONOはお財布に優しいです。今は中敷きソールを抜いて履いていますが、毎日ローテーションで履き続け、足裏感覚が完全に変わりました。本来人間のあるべき姿勢に戻すにはこれ一択です。

I’m new to barefoot shoes. Did lots if research on brands, reviews, sizing options etc. settled on these for: smaller size options, color and true baseline. I’m a US 6. Debated between EU size 36 & 37. Usually I prefer the snugger fit vs. too loose but due to the style of barefoot shoes felt I shouldn’t limit the space. I’m very pleased with the comfort. Shocked after first wear barefoot wore for hours like slippers! Wore recently for travel (did wear minimal foot socks for longer distances/day) and still super comfy. Will save up for another color and considering their trail shoe they’re releasing soon as well! Guess my disposables income will be spent here!
