FLOW S Barefoot Workout Shoes

It was the first time I bought some Barefoot shoes andI am happy chose the onesfrom Lono! They are amazing! 100% recommendation!!!!

Lonowear shoes, in general, are hands down the best barefoot shoes on the market currently. I've tried everything from the industry leader t cheap Amazon barefoot shoes. Nothing compares! You'll never regret buying a pair of Lono's!

Feels and looks good! I practice and teach Krav Maga and I have been looking around for shoes that are flat and flexible on the soles with good friction. Most CrossFit shoes are inflexible and do not provide enough friction. Wrestling shoes have all the things that I’m looking for, but they tend to be narrow around the toe box which is extremely uncomfortable and un breathable. Lono is the perfect fit! It’s flat with good friction, flexible enough to move quickly with footwork, and I love the wide toe box it provides. I can now teach or train for longer hours without feeling discomfort.

Feels great especially for flat feet. I was expecting my foot to be sore but instead they feel energised. I am really considering getting a black pair for gym and keep the tusk for walking.

Grippy sole (except on wet ground).
Snug fit with upper knit material.
Wide toe room for toes stretches, doesn't feel restricted.
Airy, cool feet all day.
Barefoot ground contact feel close, maybe slightly thicker than Vivobare.

My everyday wear outside of office wear as much as possible. Gym/casual/dress-down go to footwear.

3-year biodegradable material, time will tell. Finger-crossed. 🤞🏽

These are a fantastic shoe, super soft and comfortable, the sole is lovely and a soft compound that gives great grip and foot feedback. I have been using barefoot shoes for over 3 years now. I have 3 pairs of Zero shoes, 2 pairs of Vivobarefoot, but the Lono are by far the best I have used. You know immidiatly when you take them out of the box the quality and attention to detail shows. The other thing is the value for money for what you get is great.

I would rather change all my shoes to your shoes. FUCK NIKE. That what I want to say!!!!!

Shoelaces come undone easily, good length shoelaces though, comfortable shoe but feels loose fitting when moving even tho with tight laces, I would recommend, its very beautiful and comfortable

I love these kicks. Perfect fit, loosely controlled through the midfoot without reducing foot motion. Flexible - feels like a part of my feet. Really superb. Oh - and the colour is fabulous!

Comfortable. Virtually no traction in wet conditions.

I've had these shoes for a little under 2 months. At first, I thought it was too heavy for a barefoot shoe. After removing the sole & acclimatization, I am very satisfied with these shoes to be used for my workouts & playing **football** (the Americans call it soccer) on turf.

I always wanted a red workout shoe so overall yes very satisfied

I had already bought a pair of Flows and they were great for work out with snug fit and good flexibility: my go to barefoot training shoes. I tried the Flow S in same size but these turned out to be smaller as the toe box is made differently. Size up! If your big toe is taller than your second toe as the toe box is rounded of at both sides of your foot. As changing them is not possible I am stuck with them: for short walks they will do but no ru bing not training unfortunately.

They are lovely shoes. I purchased them because my older and cheaper pair of barefootwear were starting to lose their shape.
The main reason I purchased them was because I couldnt do any sled push in the gym without my other shoes slipping out of my feet.
These shoes are perfect for that, and I also noticed that my feet are more grounded and I can squat better. I also have better stability as well, which is great.
The shoes do run a bit small though, and they are tight fitted when you first wear them. They loosen up as you go, but they are still a bit small on my feet and sometimes I feel like my toes are cramped up from the front.
The sole and the back of the heel andwherethe toes are is more rigid, but overall they are comfortable and perform well in the gym.

I love them, they fit well, feel good and look amazing! I LOVE the red.

I bought three pairs of the Flow Vision, and all of them fit well in size 43. I loved the new colour of the Flow S when I saw it, so I ordered a pair. However, the new material is not as comfortable as the Flow Vision, and the toe box feels too small and hurts my little toes.

I know they say their shoes are true to size but I ordered my usual size (EU 43) and there’s a bit of pinching at the big toe, even without toe socks on. I would recommend sizing up. 🙂

I love these shoes! Great tread, wide enough to not squish my toes, very comfortable. Laces are kind of unique in their design, but I like it. I’ll be buying another pair as soon as these wear out, but in a different color. They are definitely barefoot, which is what I wanted. I use them for running and they work well. Also such a fun color!

The shoes are very comfortable, and the Lonowear team was quick and efficient in helping me replace the incorrect size.

They might be ok but the sizing chart was way off! It feels like a very tight sock. I feel like I would need to go up two sizes, because of the height of my foot and the width. My big toe fit but it got too narrowfrom my middle toe to the pinkie. I thought it was supposed to be a wide-foot shoe!
The return policy didn't allow for a return when I purchased two shoes under their sale. I'm a bit disappointed because they were expensive and it's my first 'naked' shoe. The other shoe is a better fit but probablystill one size too small.
Ithink it would be better to try them on in a physical store instead of ordering online.

Have been using this for strength training and it's great! Excellent grip and very comfortable to walk as well. Very good quality! No regrets!

At least as good as more expensive competitors. Very happy with them so far!

Amazing shoe, I think it’s my most comfortable barefoot pair

Fit well with enough room for toes, minimal shoe great for training. They aren't the most comfortable for running due to the minimal cushioning.
