I have always been a fan of barefoot shoes and this pair of Flow Electric is surprisingly comfy I must say.
Upon delivery, I was a bit sceptical when I initially saw the shoes in the box. However, upon wearing them, it was one of the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn! I have been wearing them for about 3 weeks now. I am considering of getting them in other colours now.
Lono Flow is a budget-friendly barefoot shoe. They are comfortable. I really like it.
Not only are the shoe's fantastic but your feet feel wonderful and are getting stimulation and you are enjoying the health benefits aswell.

I was already a convert to barefoot shoes, owning multiple pairs in different styles from other well known brands. The Lono Flows are both the most comfortable and the most affordable pair I've found yet.
I don't have to tie the shoelaces and, voila!, I am off and running. Much thanks to the Lono team for making it happen!
The shoes fits well & light . I particularly like the wide toe box. It is great for training in the gym.

I used to love the really expensive brand that has a couple of "V" s in the name. I ordered 3 different models, paid $$$ for them, and sent them all back--they were horribly uncomfortable and wore blisters on my feet. I ordered the Lono Flow on a buy one, get one
sale, and got 2 great pairs of shoes, for less than one pair of the vvbfs. I'm a customer for life!
Now... We need a warmer pair for all day at work in the winter. I hate socks. Please work you magic, and make us some!!
They are very comfortable and the sole padding is nice. Great value for money!
Loving the barefoot feel. Removed the insole to get that even closer feel. The flows are awesome for strength work at the gym and just your everyday slip on shoes.
Bought in another colour to match different dressing. Need more colours! Amazing grip and most importantly, they look good. Be it for casual or working out. Used it for my 10 - 20km runs and my regular going out shoes.
The pink color is nice, its a unique color on the market. and its comfortable too. The only downside is its not suitable for rainy days. But other than that, its a decent barefoot shoe.
It is one of the most comfortable shoes I ever wear till my age 43 .It is one of the best shoes of 2024 but one thing I don't know how long does it last because it's been a month I bought it , let me see .One last thing it's is best of the best .Keep it up 👏👏👏
First pair of barefoot wear and I'm already loving it. My feet feels grounded and stable while working out in the gym. It is so light weight that other shoes feels too heavy and bulky to wear now. Oh, the price point is definitely much better than other similar brands. Will definitely buy again.
As a natural foot health provider and lover of all things barefoot, I enjoy getting to try new products for both myself and for clients. I have been tracking Lono FLOW for a while, jumping on the recent BOGO deal to place an order.
So far, the shoes do NOT disappoint and have quickly become some of my favorite pairs (Dusty/Grey). They fit true-to-size to *slightly* big, but ample room for toe spacers inside (which I can't do with many shoes!). FLOW is comfortable right out of the box, and I have noticed even more intrinsic/calf activation compared to other brands. FLOW is SO flexible that I'm able to feel and work on my gait mechanics.
Don't let the light colors fool you if you have pets/kids/etc. While I have not had them long enough to test the washer, my goober sidekick pup managed to step a muddy paw on them on day 3! But, with a damp towel they cleaned up quickly with no signs of mud left... Crisis Averted! Pup approved is a big check box in my book.
If FLOW lives up to the anticipated lifespan and is truly biodegradable as stated, then this is a no-brainer option for barefoot/natural shoe enthusiasts who want to keep our earth clean and as God intended.
I will definitely be recommending Lono to my clients moving forward!
These shoes are super comfortable and exactly what I was hoping for. I purchased these with a pair in black as well. They are great for everyday use and also for strength work at the gym. All the positives advertised by online reviewers, You Tube videos are spot on!
