The outsole seems designed in a way that allows flexibility in all directions. The heel is very secure, and for someone with a wide mid and forefoot, but narrow ankle and heel, this is perfect. The lacing system allows adjustability for those with wide midfoot, and so this shoe fits much better for me than Vivobarefoot’s athletic line. I’ve been able to run in these for up to 10 miles on roads with inclines so far and they have been fine. They are stable and I find myself landing correctly on my mid to forefoot while running without having to think about it. They’re also great in the gym. The sole is thin and not very aggressive, so they might not be the best on trail. I only wish they came in half sizes as well.
The shoe is easy to put on and fits firmly on my feet without discomfort. The traction is supper great and still allows me to maneuver while performing difficult moves.
I'm 274mm. Ordered size 45. Too big sent back. 44 sold at cost to neighbor... too big. 43 in he mail. Quality of shoe is awesome.
Like the tight design of ankle. Vamp is Breathable.
Its awesome, the colour is also good .. I have been wearing it for days in gym and also to office!
This model does not come with padding but it give a more confident feel and snuggly fitting your feet. Side movement is good as the shoes like a sock wrapping your whole ankle not too tight due to its elasticity. Good pair of shoe. Will buy again.
i like the sidewall support, it is lacking from other shoes
good grip on dry surfaces
Very comfortable. 50% OFF with a pair of FLOW is a good price. (But usually soles came with the shoes?)
Really practical gym shoes and has improved my balance and stability. Love them.
So far these shoes have been great. I mostly use them in the gym, where it barely feels like I’m wearing shoes at all. Makes balancing and keeping proper form so much easier. Would 100% recommend these to everyone.
I've tried pretty much all the wide toe-box, minimal shoes out there and these fit like a dream. Attractive and hug my arch well. Easy to get on and off.
I've always been curious about trying zero drop shoes, especially given the price point. But I took a leap and tried Lonowear. I expected some adjustment time but I took no time getting used to them. Surprisingly, I did not need socks, whether in the gym or regular walking. And the heels stayed on even when doing sled push etc. I was devastated when they got soaked cos I was without my favourite shoes for 2 days. Seriously thinking of my next pair.
The design elements of the new Flow S look really awesome. I’ve got a pair of the original Flow and Flow C and this is definitely a step up!
Love the design! It works similarly to the FLOW shoes, its tighter around the middle of the foot to provide more support for training. Even wore them to a wedding because the colour works well!
Amazing shoes that I tend to wear every day because they are just so comfortable. I get the most out of strength training while wearing them. My 2nd pair from Lono. Thank you
Dino
The shoes are really comfortable and easy to match with outfits.
great shoes for daily walking after dinner~!! LOVE IT!!
I bought Lono flow. The shoe knitted design feel great on the feet. It is snugged fit but has decent wide toe box. The new grip is good for both out door and in door use. Walking with it is comfy and since the knit hugs your feet but allows movement it does not fallout. Lono flow S on the other hand feels firmer. It also has the same grip but it does not come with inner cushion piece. Still it is comfy as well. Both are great to wear.
A bit tight for the new one, I wear it around 10 days and it’s better now.
