The Flow 2s by Lono are some of the most innovative minimalist shoes I've seen, with incredible attention to detail and character. They are functional, comfortable, breathable, grippy, and stylish.
However, they are a bit heavy and have more support than what I personally look for in my everyday shoes.
But they are a gym shoe first and foremost, and they make for amazing gym and indoor training shoes. I love training in them, and they handle everything from Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, HIIT/circuit training and more beautifully.
It's a great sock that doesn't have the toe-restricting feeling regular socks without the hassle of putting on toe socks. The grippers on the bottom of the socks are great for preventing slippage inside your shoes or while walking around with socks indoors.
Stable with good grip yet barefoot, feeling protected esp at the toe, enjoyed the gym sessions and love the look
Favorite shoes! I wish I could wear them for everything but being waterproof they get a little too warm for that- which is to be expected as it would defeat the purpose for waterproof shoes to have ventilation. If it were possible to make these wear a bit cooler that'd be great, though. I had to size down in these compared to the Floe with it's stretchy, mesh material they seem to run smaller, yet perfect for me, where the harder, rubber & suede material made shoes had a little too much room to wear the same size as the Flow. Running hot means I can stay warm on cold mountain hikes and wear them in the winter without worrying about my feet getting cold. They've done 14ers, rucked, ran, walked- most everything. One of my favorites & one of the only shoes I haven't gotten blisters in right on the balls of my feet below my toes, which is almost a given for me to matter what I do. Yes they are hot, but secure enough that my foot is locked down enough not to create friction and form blisters. Good work on this shoe!
I've been running in barefoot shoes for 6 years and have now run in my new Lono Flows twice: great fit (secure around heel and instep, sufficient forefoot room), quieter on roads than other barefoot shoes, excellent blend of proprioception and protection.
Se ven como en la imagen mostrada. Llegaron en buen estado, bien empacados y parecen ser duraderos.
These are a fantastic shoe, super soft and comfortable, the sole is lovely and a soft compound that gives great grip and foot feedback. I have been using barefoot shoes for over 3 years now. I have 3 pairs of Zero shoes, 2 pairs of Vivobarefoot, but the Lono are by far the best I have used. You know immidiatly when you take them out of the box the quality and attention to detail shows. The other thing is the value for money for what you get is great.
Fantastic fit and very comfortable to wear
Stylish and perfectly comfortable! Wore these straight out of the box on a 2 hour hike and they were so darn comfortable! Plus the design and color are great too!
Proprioceptively attuned and super comfy. Superb socks.
Great shoes, nice fitment, wide toe box, enough grip, right now i’m taking them on a trip to Sardegna and i can’t wait to test them on the trails to the beaches
I'm pleasantly surprised to say that I love this evolution of the Lono brand! While I'm probably not going to use it for everything (city streets and nature hikes) like I did with the original Flow (such a great all around barefoot shoe), this is a barefoot shoe that I can step into, and as a new mom that is next level. I'm happy to report that it really is as easy to step into as advertised, and yet the stylish and clean lines make it a versatile choice. This shoe has a pared down version of the classic flexible, grippy lug sole of the original that I still like, and the knit upper is breathable and soft. I originally purchased the beige, and have since gone back and purchased it in black and white as well.
best traill and training shoes ever
I love the wide toe box. These are wider than the Vivo barefoot shoes I have. They are supportive around the arch. I’m a personal trainer, on my feet all day, teach group fitness classes, and they’re very comfortable.
