I have worn a few different brands of barefoot shoes and these are certainly my favorite! I’m a functional movement coach and have been recommending these to my family, friends and clients!
Worth the wait! Extremely comfortable for those who enjoy barefoot style shoes. Study materials..beautiful design.
Light, flexible, comfortable to wear with a grippy sole and happy feet. What is not to like. They look like they are built well enough to last outdoor assault. Time will tell.
This is my first pair of barefoot shoes and I'm pleasantly surprised at much how I am liking this. It's way more comfortable than I expected and seem built to last. I have since put mine thru grueling sessions of mud, trail, and scorching hot sun and it still looks like new. I was wearing a pair of Altra Lone Peak 8. While its outer soles handled the trail really well, it does not cope well on concrete surfaces. Its grip is lacking and even caused me to slip quite a few times. My Lono's soles, while not as aggressive as the Altra's, copes fine on trails and offers superior grip on hard flat surfaces. My hiking route first takes me thru pretty hard core trail route, but ends with a few kilometers of flat concrete route, so I need a pair of shoes with a good compromise with the outer sole. I plan to add a pair of gel in-sole to give it a little cushioning against those jagged rocks on the trail.
These shoes are super comfy and perfect for the gym and also every day wear. 100% recommend
These are my new favourite shoes.
Great for training and the extra support from the lacing system for lateral movements is fantastic.
Highly recommend these
I owned a couple of pairs of barefoot shoes from different brands (vivobarefoot, lems...). However, this one is by far one of my favourites! It is stylish, yet lightweight and comfortable, and it takes no time to break in. Highly recommended!
Only been wearing these for two weeks now, but I love them. The price point is decent and that is the reason why I chose them over the other brand.
But the design of the Flo with no restriction on the forefoot flexion (I found the other brand to be painful on the top of the foot due to plastic eyeholes for laces) no problem with movement whatsoever.
Also the traction on the sole grip is superior. Let's see how they hold up over time (I'm still wearing pairs of other brands five years later)
Very happy customer.
It is to my surprise to experience so comfortable when hiking on rough land.
Highly recommend
The Lono WILD is my third pair of Lono shoes, and they just keep getting better. I’ve been using them for mountain hikes around Switzerland and relaxing days at the lake, and they’ve held up beautifully in both settings. They offer great grip and comfort on the trails, handle rocky beaches with no problem, and look stylish enough for everyday city wear. Super versatile and reliable. Highly recommended!
nice and soft , good experience to be on bear foot shoes
Love my new barefoot shoes, it's stylish and really comfortable. I think it's a good try if you are new to barefoot shoes. Great value with good performance.
Wearing this pair of shoes has made me feel more stable when training, so that I can perform my best
I have had similar barefoot shoes in the past (from a more expensive brand), and find these just as comfortable! at first I thought they might be bit long (I am usually a US women's 9.5 so I ordered the 41) but since I live in a place with a lot of hills the extra space is quite nice to avoid crowding my toes on declines. Honestly, the only complaint I have about the shoes is that my kitten loves them a little too much and appears to have pulled some threads off the knit upper while playing with them (ha)
I feel free and concrete when I wearing to do workout in the gym.
Low the lono flows and was excited to try their trail shoe. It doesn’t disappoint. Starting the the lacing, they tighten up quite nicely but don’t pinch on the tendons near the top of the shoe/ankle area. The additional lace that reaches down to the side wall actually does provide additional support from the base of the shoe and is a nice homage to the design of the flow. The sole is thicker for trail conditions but not too much for barefoot shoe. The water proofing around the side is also quite nice. Felt a lot of support and comfortable throughout. Was worried the shoes would feel too warm at first but was pleasantly surprised when my feet were not sweaty doing a 2 hour trail with them in humid conditions on my first time taking them out. If/when they wear out I will buy again.
They are great...they enhance my workouts both in performance and comfort
I have tried fivefingers, they are for extreme and experienced minimalist. Lono Wild is beginner friendly and multi-purpose, good for trail, daily. It's comfortable on first try, no break-in required.
My first pair of Lono and loving it !
Was looking for a pair of workout/walking shoes and chance upon Lono ad on IG. Took me quite a while to decide as I don’t normally order shoes online without trying it physically, and I’m so glad I did ! I’ve broad feet and bunion and Lono shoes fit well with the wider toe box, and comfy even without wearing socks. Not to mention how good it looks and matches well with most of my outfits!
Already thinking of what color to get for my next pair !
A very nice shoe with a balance between the barefoot feel, protection and flexibility. A bit more snug fit than the non-s version, but once you get used to it, you can wear it all day.
Delivered on what they promised and really enjoying wearing them!
